摘要 为使火电机组运行方式更经济,充分利用火电厂历史运行数据,设计一种基于聚类分析的模式归并算法,用于建立火电机组典型的运行模式集合。该算法以划分工况区间的数据为挖掘对象,通过对典型热力参数的相似性比较与分析,将满足条件的运行记录归并为一类运行模式。运行模式集合挖掘完毕后建立典型运行模式库。利用该归并算法对盘山电厂历史运行数据进行挖掘,结果表明了算法的有效性。 The concept of operating mode is proposed by analyzing the influence of the thermal power plant operating mode on economy. A kind of model mergering algorithm based on clustering analysis is designed with full use of power plant operation data,which is used to establish a typical set of operating modes of thermal power units. In this algorithm,data of dividing range of operating condition are set to mine objects through comparison and analysis of the similarity among these typical thermal parameters. The operating records meeting requirements are classfied into one kind of operation mode. After the collection of mining operation mode is completed,a typical operating mode library is established. The result of data mining to Panshan Power Plant historical operation by this merging algorithm proves its effectiveness.
