摘要
本文以不同品系、不同地域生长的三倍体毛白杨为研究对象。采用国标方法测定其α-纤维素和综纤维素含量,再用近红外光谱仪在4000~12000cm-1范围内采集相应样品的光谱,将纤维原料样品化学成分含量与光谱(全谱)进行偏最小二乘法回归,建立三倍体毛白杨α-纤维素和综纤维素的近红外数学模型。α-纤维素、综纤维素模型的均方差系数RMSECV值分别为0.706和0.449、相关系数R分别为97.50和95.46、RPD分别为4.5和4.02,说明三倍体毛白杨α-纤维素和综纤维素含量与近红外光谱之间存在非常好的相关性。
In this paper, it was studied that triploid white poplar of different strains and different geographical growth. α -cellulose and holocellulose content were determined using the national standard method, and the spectrum of corresponding samples was collected using near-infrared spectrometer in the 4 000-12 000 cm^-1 within the framework, then chemical composition content of the raw fiber sample and its spectrum (full spectrum) was done for partial least squares regression, to establish the near-infrared mathematical model of α -cellulose and holoeellulose in triploid white poplar. Coefficient of variation of α -cellulose, holocellulose model RMSECV values were 0.706 and 0.449, correlation coefficient R, 97.50 and 95.46, RPD, respectively 4.50 and 4.02, indicating it was a very good correlation between the content of α -cellulose and holocellulose in triploid white poplar and near-infrared spectroscopy, it can be predicted content of α -cellulose and holocellulose in triploid white poplar using near-infrared spectroscopy the future.
