早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检50例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨亚甲蓝前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌患者治疗中的临床价值。方法:术前采用亚甲蓝分8点注射于距乳腺原发肿瘤周围1cm的皮下组织,再手术进行前哨淋巴结活检,并分析结果。结果:50例患者中,检出前哨淋巴结46例,检出率为96.0%,总敏感性、总准确率、总假阴性率分别为91.7%、97.8%、8.3%。结论:采用亚甲蓝染色法前哨淋巴结活检可以准确反映腋窝淋巴结的病理状况。在临床中值得推广。
