摘要
以新疆原油为原料,加入富含芳烃的油品和实验合成高分子聚合物,通过测定不同添加量时系统的运动粘度和胶团粒径,寻找石油分散系统的活化状态,并进行原油常减压蒸馏试验.结果表明,石油分散系统的运动粘度和胶团粒径与其活化状态之间有良好的对应关系,在最佳活化状态时进行常减压蒸馏可以较高地提高馏分油的收率.
A variety of additives such as aromatic distillate oils, polymer substance, were added into Xinjiang crude respectively. The active states of the corresponding petroleum disperse systems have been determined by measuring their kinematic viscosities and the sizes of colloidal particles. They were contrasted with the data of atmospheric-vacuum distillation experiments of the crude with various additives. The results show that a certain activator can change the dispersion degree of the petroleum disperse system and enhance the atmospheric-vacuum distillation of crude.
