摘要
对新城疫病毒(NDV)中国标准强毒F48E8株融合蛋白的结构进行了分析.该融合蛋白的前体F0由553个氨基酸组成,在第116和117位氨基酸处被酶切成F1和F2亚单位.酶切激活部位序列为RRQRR↓F,第117位氨基酸为F,具有NDV强毒的特征.F0上有3个疏水区,其功能分别代表信号肽区、融合诱导区和跨膜结构区.F0的可糖基化部位有6个.并比较了F48E8株和国外强毒株的氨基酸同源性,与Miyadera株、TexasGB株的同源性分别为93.64%和92.41%.
The amino acid sequence of the fusion (F) protein of Chinese virulent strain F 48 E 8 of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was determined. The sequence involved a polypeptide of 553 amino acids which had essential features previously established for the F protein of virulent NDV strains. These included the presence of three strongly hydrophobic regions and the structure of Arg Arg Gln Arg Arg in the cleavage activation site. A comparison was made between amino acid sequence of the F protein of the F 48 E 8 strain and previously published sequences of the Miyadera strain and the Texas GB strain, the homology of 93.64% and 92.41% was observed respectively.
