摘要
本文综述了L-肉碱在畜禽上的应用效果和可能作用机制的研究进展，同时对L-肉碱的在饲料中的适宜用量及安全性等问题进行了初步的探讨。为生产中最大限度地发挥动物的生产性能、改善畜禽的胴体品质和节约饲料原料提供了理论依据。
This paper summarizes the effect of applying L - Camitine on Animal Nutrition and the possible biochemical mechanism besides discussing the safety and suitable dose of L - Carnitine on feed. What is more ,This paper can provide the basis of theory for exploring the potential ability of animal and promoting the character of carcass excepting saving the resource of feed.
