摘要
本实验对蝇蛆的蛋白质含量、氨基酸含量和某些必需微量元素的含量进行了测定。结果显示：蝇蛆的蛋白质含量为56．18％，测出十七种氨基酸和铜、铁、锰、锌、钴、硒、碘等七种必需微量元素。蝇蛆的氨基酸含量比豆粕、豆饼高，接近于鱼粉的含量，七种微量元素含量比进口鱼粉高。从本次实验分析结果看，蝇蛆可以代替饲料中的豆粕、豆饼和鱼粉，可以用作饲料添加剂。
We tested protein contents, amino acid levels and microelement contents of screw- worm in this experiment. The resuhs was as follows： protein contents was 56.18%, at the same time we also detected 17 amino acids and 7 microelements： Iron, Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Iodine, Selenium, Manganese. These results show that the protein contents of screwworm were higher than ones of soya - bean meal and soya - bean cake, furthermore it approached protein levels of fish meal. In addition, microelements levels of screwworm were even higher than ones of import fish meal. In a word compared with other protein food, screwworm is an excellent protein food and is also used as additive.
