摘要
文章从毛条制造、纺纱、织造、染整等4个方面介绍了金属丝、汉麻在毛精纺呢绒生产过程中的主要技术关键和相关工艺参数。指出在制定工艺参数及工艺路线时,应充分考虑汉麻与羊毛的特性,给予纤维充分的保护,体现羊毛柔糯,汉麻亮丽、挺爽的风格。同时,对金属丝产品易卷边折皱的特点提出了具体的解决措施和技术控制点,并给出了金属丝、汉麻、羊毛混纺产品的物理指标和产品特点。
The paper introduced the main techniques and the major factors of the worsted fabric blended with hemp and metal wire from top making,spinning,weaving,dyeing and finishing.When setting the techniques and process route,it should consider the performance of the hemp and wool,in order to protect the fibers and reflect the style of soft wool and bright Han hemp.At the same time,it worked out the solutions to control the metal wire not to curl.The physical indexes of the blended fabric were analyzed.
