摘要
文章旨在充实对档案馆知识管理的实践研究。在总结学术界对档案馆知识管理的探索成果基础上,以武汉市城建档案馆为例,从注重人员的隐性知识开发、促进学习型组织的建立、推行面向知识的档案资源建设和建立面向知识管理的服务体系四个方面来考察档案馆的知识管理,并提出了推动我国档案馆知识管理发展的几项建议。
This paper provides a case study on the application of Knowledge Management （KM） in a representative urban construction archives in China. Starting from a brief literature review of the KM research in China＇s archives, the authors take Wuhan Urban Construction Archives as an example to analyze its current situation of the application of KM from four aspects, namely, the exploration and exploitation of implicit knowledge of archives staff, the development of the archives turning into a learning organization, the knowledge-based exploitation of archives, and the establishment KM-oriented archival service systems. Based on the case study, some suggestions on how to promote KM in China＇s archives are also made.
