新型电缆支架在长距离500kV电力隧道中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 500 kV静安电力专用隧道主体结构分顶管、盾构、明挖3种型式,并设置了15座工作井,把不同主体结构连贯起来。在主体结构内配置电缆支架,采用弧形角钢立柱和竖直立柱,首次采用新型的不锈钢矩形方管横担,工作井内首次采用矩形方管立柱和矩形方管横担及门型转动支架等,基本满足了电缆的各种敷设要求,同时保证了支架本体结构设计要求,为今后电力专用隧道内的电缆支架设计提供可借鉴的价值,同时为统一和规范设计打下了基础。 The main structure of 500 kV Jing-an(world expo) power dedicated tunnel consists of top pipe,shield and three types of open cut,and 15 working wells were also set to connect different main structures with together.Cable brackets were installed in the main structure with arc angle columns and vertical columns.New stainless rectangular square tube cross arms were first used.Rectangular square tube columns,rectangular square tube cross arms and door-rotation brackets were also applied.The requirements of the cable coverage were basically met and the design requirements of brackets body structure were ensured.The reference value for the future cable bracket design in power dedicated tunnel was provided in this paper and the foundation was laid for uniformed and standard design.
