摘要
雷公藤的临床疗效显著,但其毒副作用限制了其在许多领域的应用。作为一种有毒中药,雷公藤本身所含化学成分多而复杂,而化合物多存在同物异名现象,结构名称的混乱成为了研究雷公藤药效毒效的一大障碍。文章对雷公藤所含成分进行归类梳理,对其毒副反应的研究做一综述,并将其毒性作用机制总结为诱导细胞凋亡、诱导氧化应激,以及多途径共同作用,提出深入开展对已知有毒性的单体成分的毒性研究,同时围绕单体、组分、提取物3个层次,系统阐明雷公藤毒性物质基础和毒理作用机制的研究思路。
The therapeutic effect of Triptergium wilfordii Hook.f (TWHF) is significant in clinical, but the toxicity limits its applications in many fields. As a toxic traditional Chinese medicine, TWHF contains quite a lot of chemical constituents which are complicated. However, some components are synonym, which has become a big barrier in drug efficacy and toxicity research. This article classifies and combs the components in Triptergium wilfordii Hook.f, and reviews recent research on its toxicity, summarizes that the toxic effect mechanism may be attributed to its ability to induce apoptosis and oxidative stress, as well as multi-way combined action. We propose to make a thorough study on toxic monomers, meanwhile to elucidate the toxic material base of TWHF and its toxicology mechanism research from monomer, component and extraction three levels.
