摘要
配电网元件的可靠性评估是配电网可靠性评估的基础。考虑配电网元件历史运行状况并结合该元件当前的运行状态和当前的运行环境,基于双态马尔科夫模型,建立了配电网元件的综合时变故障率计算模型,提出了中压配电网元件运行可靠性评估新算法。用新算法与用传统算法对算例的评估比对表明,新算法能够反应实时运行条件的变化。
The reliability evaluation of distribution network element is the base of evaluating distribution network's realiability. Considering the historical operation conditions, real-time operating state and present operating environment, this paper presents a comprehensive time-varying failure rate calculation model based on Markov model and presents a new algorithm for evaluating the operation reliability of MV distribution network element. The comparison of evaluation results by using new and traditional algorithms proves that the new algorithm will respond well to the variation of real-time operation conditions.
