摘要
在数字化、网络化的环境下,信息用户的需求、获取知识的方式与习惯正在发生深刻的变化,本文就人性化服务与个性化信息服务的内涵、特点、关系等进行介绍、分析;从人性化服务理念、创建人性化服务环境,馆员的人性化管理等方面阐述高校图书馆人性化服务的实现;以及在构建完善的信息资源体系、专业性的网络导航、推送技术、用户能力培养等方面实施个性化服务的举措。
In the digital and networked environment,user’ s ways and habits of information needs and access to knowledge are undergoing profound changes,this paper introduces and analysis the content,features and relationship of human-based services and personalized services;from human-based service concept,creating human-based service environment,librarians’ human-based management,this paper expounds implementing human-based service;from building perfect information resources system,professional network navigation,push technology,train users capacity,put forward measures of implementation human-based service.
