摘要
研究了盐酸克伦特罗(CLB)在多壁碳纳米管修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为。结果发现,与裸碳糊电极相比,CLB在修饰电极上的电流响应明显增大,同时峰、峰电位差减小,测定灵敏度大为提高。在最佳实验条件下,该修饰电极测定CLB的线性范围为2.0×10-9-1.0×10-5mol.L-1,线性相关系数为0.9987(n=18),检出限为7.0×10-10mol.L-1(3Sb)。对5.0×10-7mol.L-1的CLB平行测定10次的相对标准偏差为3.6%。此方法已用于模拟尿样及模拟兔血清中CLB含量的测定,加标回收率分别为100.8%与98.6%。
A sensitive and simple method for the determination of trace clenbuterol with multiwall carbon nanotube(MWNT) modified carbon paste electrode was investigated.Comparing with that of a bare electrode,the modified electrode reduced the peak-to-peak potential separation of clenbuterol and enhanced its cathodic peak current greatly.Under the optimal conditions,the calibration curve was linear in the concentration of 2.0×10-9-1.0×10-5 mol·L-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987(n=18) and a detection limit of 7.0×10-10 mol·L-1.The RSD(n=10) for determination of 5.0×10-7 mol·L-1 clenbuterol was 3.6%.The method showed a good repeatability and high sensitivity,and could be applied in the determination of clenbuterol in simulated urine and serum samples with average recoveries of 100.8% and 98.6%,respectively.
