摘要 介绍了锂离子动力电池的发热机理。基于锂离子动力电池内阻引起的温升特性,建立动力电池传热模型,通过模拟计算得出电池内部温度分布及电池温升随放电倍率变化的规律。最后对锰酸锂电池进行内阻实验,揭示了电池内阻随电池温度和SOC变化的规律。 The heat generation mechanism of lithium-ion power battery is presented. Based on the characteristic of temperature-rise in lithium-ion power battery caused by its internal resistance, the heat transfer model for power battery is built, and the temperature distribution within battery and the law of battery temperature rise changing with discharge rate are obtained through simulation. Finally an experiment on the internal resistance of lithium manganese battery is conducted to reveal the law of battery internal resistance changing with the temperature and SOC of battery.
