摘要
急性脑血管病又称中风,是一种突然起病的脑部血液循环障碍疾病。中医有"心主神志","脑为元神之府"的理论,提示我们心与脑同中风皆有重要关联,且心在脑中风发生、发展过程中有很大影响。中医药在中风的研究治疗上独具优势,将心和脑作为整体综合思考对提高临床疗效有广阔的发展空间。
Stroke,an acute cerebrovascular disease,is sudden onset of the disturbance of blood circulation. The theory of＂heart dominates consciousness＂＂brain is the mansion of mind＂indicates that heart and brain both have close connection with stroke. Heart plays an important role in occurrence and development of stroke. Chinese Medicine has its particular advantage on research and treatment by integrating heart and brain as a whole to improve clinical effect of stroke.
