犬牙根管治疗后与活髓牙正畸移动的组织学观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经根管治疗牙与活髓牙在同等正畸力作用下组织学是否发生同样的变化。方法:犬10只,随机分为正畸加力组与不加力组,再把每只动物的下颌第一前磨牙选择做根管治疗和不做牙髓处理,以下颌第三前磨牙为支抗,远中移动下颌第一前磨牙,主动加力后对比观察。通过HE染色与SEM观察移动牙齿牙周组织的变化。结果:经根管治疗的牙与正常牙正畸移动后,HE染色切片光镜观察及扫描电镜观察牙周组织的变化无显著性差异。结论:在适宜的正畸力作用下,经根管治疗牙能与正常牙一样移动,其组织学上,牙移动对牙周组织有一定的破坏。 Objective:To investigate whether there is the same histological change in the root canal treated teeth and vital teeth under the same orthodontic force. Methods:Ten dogs were randomly divided into two groups: orthodontic force--exerting group and no force--exerting group. The mandibular first premolar of each animal was selected for root canal treatment and no pulp processing, and with the mandibular third premolar as support and distal movement of mandibular first premolar, the comparative observation was carried out after the initiative force--exerting. By using HE staining and SEM ,the observation of tooth movement changes in the periodontal tissue was made. Results:The observation of HE stained sections by using light microscope and scanning electron microscope showed there was no significant difference in the periodontal tissue of both the teeth treated through the root canal and the normal teeth after orthodontic movement. Conclusion: Under the appropriate orthodontic force action, the root canal treated tooth is able to move like a normal tooth.
