动态轻压下技术在大方坯连铸机上的应用研究 被引量:4

Study on the Application of Dynamic Soft Reduction Technology for Bloom Caster

摘要 针对代表性钢种45钢进行动态轻压下冶金效果试验,根据连铸机实际生产情况,设定3种拉速,分别实施3个不同压下量进行试验,对压下坯样和对比样做热酸低倍、偏析等对比分析,试验统计结果表明:目前的动态轻压下与动态二冷工艺对45钢是适用的。拉速0.83m/min,压下量4.5mm为当前断面条件下中碳钢实施轻压下的最佳参数。 In this thesis, No. 45 steel with the dynamic soft reduction process was studied in metallurgy effect. According to practical situation o3 continuous casting machine, three casting speeds and three reductions of each speed were tested. Compared reduced samples with non-reduced samples n test of macro-structure and segregation, the result indicated that the dynamic soft reduction and second cooling water processes were applied for No. 45 steel. The best reduction parameters were that casting speed was 0. 83 m/rain and reduction was 4. 5 mm for mid-carbon steel.
