摘要
目的探讨肺小结节的临床诊断。方法自2004年1月至2009年6月本院就诊发现的肺小结节73例,通过不同方法最后明确诊断。结果所有患者中最后确诊为肺癌55例,结核11例,炎性假瘤4例,纤维瘤2例,淋巴瘤1例。结论肺小结节恶性率高,早期诊断和治疗至关重要。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules. Methods From November,2004 to June, 2009 in hospital ,73 cases had been detected of small pulmonary nodules, which finally been diagnosed by different methods. Results All patients finally diagnosed with lung cancer in 55 cases, tuberculosis in 11 cases, inflammatory pseudotumor in 4 eases, fibroma in 2 cases, lymphoma in 1 case. Conclusion It has high malignant rate of small pulmonary nodules, early diagnosis and treatment is essential.
