摘要羟乙基淀粉是一种新型血容量扩充剂,具有快速、强效的扩容效应,但同时会导致对凝血系统和肾功能的损害。为了减少其不良反应,研究人员通过优化其理化性质和溶媒性质,研发上市了许多新产品。本文通过参阅近期国内外的相关文献,对羟乙基淀粉的理化性质、药理作用、不良反应及新产品研发进展作一综述,为其临床应用及进一步研究提供参考。 Hydroxyethyl starch is a new plasma expander with quick and powerful expanding effect,but simultaneously it may interfere with blood coagulation and impair renal function.To reduce the adverse drug reactions,researchers developed various products by optimizing its physicochemical properties and solvent characteristics.In this article,progress in research on physicochemical properties,pharmacological effects,adverse drug reactions and new products of hydroxyethyl starch are reviewed for the purpose of providing some reference for its clinical use and further study.
