摘要
本试验就民间草药中筛选出的具有一定抗菌作用的8种中草药,进行常见病原菌的体外抑菌作用测试,采用机械榨取、煎煮方法提取其有效成分,先以琼脂扩散试验法筛选具有明显抑菌作用的草药,再用试管稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明,对大肠杆菌、肠道沙门菌、痢疾志贺菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、猪链球菌的抑菌圈,连根韭菜均大于16.6 mm,韭菜叶、韭菜根均大于9.1 mm,茉莉花茶均大于8.3 mm;艾叶对痢疾志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈分别为8.9 mm和11.9 mm,苦瓜对痢疾志贺菌的抑菌圈为8.6 mm,其余几种草药均无明显的抑菌作用;连根韭菜对各菌的MIC,培养12 h时分别为1∶8、1∶8、1∶8、1∶16、1∶32和1∶16,培养24 h时分别为1∶4、1∶4、1∶4、1∶8、1∶8和1∶8;研究证实连根韭菜、韭菜根、韭菜叶和茉莉花茶对上述细菌具有较好的抑菌效果,尤以连根韭菜的抑菌效果更佳.
Eight Chinese herbal medicines with a potential anti-bacterial effect were selected from folk herbal medicines,and their bacteriostasis were tested in common pathogenic bacteria in vitro.The effective ingredients of the herbal medicines were extracted using the methods of machine pressing and decocting.The herbal medicines with significantly inhibitory effect were selected by means of agar diffusion method,and then the minimum inhibitory concentration（MIC） of the selected herbal medicines were determined by the tube dilution method.The result showed that the diameter of the bacterial inhibition zone of the rooted leek on Escherichia coli,Salmonella enterica,Shigella dysenteriae,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus suis exceeded 16.6 mm,of the leaves and roots of leek,were more than 9.1 mm,of the jasmine tea,were more than 8.3 mm;the diameter of the bacterial inhibition zone of Artemsia argyi on Shigella dysenteriae and Staphylococcus aureus were 8.9mm and 11.9 mm respectively,of Momordica charantia on Shigella dysenteriae was 8.6mm,and others didn＇t show the obvious bacteriostatic effect.After incubation 12 h the MIC of the rooted leek on these bacteria were 1∶8,1∶8,1∶8,1∶16,1∶32 and 1∶16 respectively,and after incubation 24h,were 1∶4,1∶4,1∶4,1∶8,1∶8 and 1∶8 respectively.The study confirmed that the rooted leek,the leaves and roots of leek,and the jasmine tea had good bacteriostatic effects on the above-mentioned bacteria,especially the bacteriostatic effect of the rooted leek was better than the other herbal medicines.
