摘要
通过对446名高校羽毛球爱好者进行问卷调查和访谈,了解发生运动损伤的部位及原因:(1)在肘、腕、踝等部位容易发生关节扭伤和肌肉拉伤为;(2)技术动作错误;(3)局部负担过重等。通过分析后提出相应的预防措施,为减少运动损伤的发生提供参考。
Through questionnaires and interviews for 446 colleges and universities badminton enthusiasts,combined with literature data,it is found that the sprain occurred in the elbow,wrist,ankle and other parts and leg muscle strain are the sports injury that the most likely cause for the college badminton lovers in motion.Technical movement errors,partial overburdened and others are the main cause of its injury.The appropriate preventive measures are advanced through analysis to provide a reference for the college badminton enthusiasts.
