摘要
住房供应模式是在海外房地产市场实践过程中,被广泛关注的问题。各国对住房模式都给予广泛的关注,相比之下,我国对该问题缺乏深入的研究。本文通过借鉴各国解决住房供应的经验,结合我国国情研究分析和确定我国住房供应模式,制定中国房地产市场发展政策,完善房地产市场调控整体。
The housing supply mode is in the process of practice in overseas real estate market has been widespread concern.States housing patterns have given extensive attention, compared to China＇s lack of indepth study of the problem.In this paper, drawing on the experience of countries to address housing supply, combined with research and analysis and identification of China＇s national conditions of China＇s housing supply model, to develop Chinese real estate market development policies, improve the regulation of the real estate market as a whole.
