摘要
虚拟装配是新兴虚拟产品开发研究的重要技术。以SolidWorks软件为平台,以三位四通手动换向阀为例进行虚拟装配仿真介绍。通过对该阀进行零件的3D参数化设计和装配体的分析,确定了装配的层次,装配的顺序,装配的约束,进行了干涉检查,完成液压阀的虚拟装配。
The virtual assembly is an important technology in the new virtual product design and development. Using SolidWorks software, the virtual assembly of hydraulic valve was introduced. The assembling gradation,order and constraint conditions was determined by 3D parameter design of component and assembly analysis. At last, the interposition checking was performed and virtual assembly was completed.
