摘要
伏暑是传统的伏气温病之一,7版《温病学》认为暑湿病邪是伏暑的伏邪,而伏暑发病有两种证型(暑湿郁蒸气分、暑热内炽营分)又是由于感邪性质不同(暑热病邪、暑湿病邪)及邪伏部位有异所致。由于伏邪性质前后表述不一,造成了在教与学中的困惑。文章根据前人有关伏暑、暑邪的论述,从伏邪性质、邪伏变化(从化、量变)、发病层次(气分、营血分)等方面探讨伏暑的病因病机,旨在为伏暑的现代阐释更加完整规范提供思考。
The disease due to latent summer-heat is one of the seasonal febrile diseases with prolonged onset.The summer-heat and dampness evils is the pathogenic factor of the disease due to latent summer-heat according to the 7th edition of Science of Acute Febrile Diseases,but this disease has two types of syndrome due to the difference of pathogenic factors（summer-heat and summer-damp）and where pathogenic factors are.The differences of statement of insidious pathogenic factors cause many difficulties and doubt during teaching and learning.According the ancient statements of the disease due to latent summer-heat and the pathogenic summer-heat,this article discusses the pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of this disease in the characters and changes of insidious pathogenic factors and the position of this disease（the Qi system,the nutrient-blood system）,in order to consummate the modern description of the disease due to latent summer-heat.
