摘要
由于环氧树脂中环氧基团的存在,在合成环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯预聚体和后扩链过程中,会消耗部分—NCO、胺类扩链剂,对整个合成的配方设计造成影响,重现性也差。通过KH550中的伯胺先打开环氧基团,然后改性的水性聚氨酯作为大分子扩链剂接到水性聚氨酯预聚体中,成功制备了稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和接触角测量仪对树脂的结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:KH550成功打开了环氧基团,并且树脂接上了有机硅类功能性材料,使得合成的树脂接触角大大提高。
In the process of synthesis of waterborne polyurethane prepolymer modified with epoxy resin and chain-extension,the existed epoxy groups will consume part of NCO and amine chain extenders,causing impact on formulation design of waterborne polyurethane and poor reproducibility.Thus the primary amine group in KH550 first open the epoxy ring,and then modified the waterborne polyurethane as a big chain extender,which will then successfully form a stable waterborne polyurethane emulsion.The structure of WPU is analyzed by FT-IR and contact angle meter.The results show that KH550 have successfully opened the epoxy ring and WPU's contact angle have increased greatly by prepolymer modified with the functional material(silicone).
