溴-浓海水(卤水)体系常压下气液平衡研究 被引量:3

摘要 以浓海水(卤水)为原料的空气吹出法制溴素工艺已在国内外广泛使用。本研究采用鼓泡夹带平衡釜测定了常压下,溴-浓海水(卤水)体系在30℃和40℃下的气液平衡数据,并用对称活度系数模型Margules方程对测定数据进行了关联,采用非线性最小二乘法回归出该系统在常压下的方程参数,拟合结果精度较高,误差不超过3.6%。 The bromine extraction processes by air blow-out method from seawater and brine have been widely used at home and abroad. In this paper,the gas-liquid equilibrium data for bromine-concentrated seawater at 30 ℃ and 40 ℃ at atmospheric were obtained with the bubble equilibrium equipment. All experimental equilibrium data were carried out by using Margules Equation for liquid phase and ideal e- quation for gas phase. The parameters of Margules model for the system were regressed by nonlinear least square method,and the calculated data from Margules model accorded well with the experimental data.
