摘要
目的探讨口腔门诊科室管理的方法,提高医疗质量,增加病人满意度。方法通过引入牙医助理,参与口腔医师的日常事务、疾病诊治、临床教学和治疗流程中。结果牙医助理处理了口腔医师的日常事务,治疗过程中配合治疗;医师可以注重于疾病的诊治和临床教学,在牙医助理的配合下执行治疗流程,从而提高了医疗和教学质量,减少了病人投诉,增加了病人的满意度。结论引入牙医助理是加强口腔门诊管理,提高医疗和教学质量,减少病人投诉的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the management method of oral outpatient clinic, so as to elevate medical quality and increase outpatients' satisfaction ratio. Methods Dentist assistant was inlet to participate into the general affairs, diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases, clinical teaching, and treatment flow-sheet. Results The dentist assistant processed the general affairs, and helped the dentist to fmish treatment; the dentist could concentrate in the disease diagnosis, treatment and clinical teaching; the dentist also performed the treatment flow-sheet assisted by dentist assistant; all above could elevate the quality of treatment and teaching, decrease the outpatient's complains, and raise the satisfaction ratio. Conclusions It is a utility way to enhance oral outpatient clinic management, elevate the quality of treatment and teaching, and decrease the outpatient's complains by lead-in dentist assistant.
