摘要
分析目前云南省农民专业合作社的发展现状,认为其仍处在初始发育阶段,具有组织化程度低,规模小而不规范,凝聚力不强等特征.藉此提出了更新理念;因势利导,积极扶持;构筑发展主体及其良好的发展机构;开展辅导培训,加强人才队伍建设;充分发挥妇女在组织中的作用等促进农民专业合作社健康发展的建议和措施.
The paper analyzes current status of farmer specialized cooperatives in Yunnan province and concerns that they are still at the initial stage with the characteristics of small scale, irregular, poor cohesion and etc. Thus, it proposes suggestions and measures for promoting healthy development of farmer specialized cooperatives, such as conception renewal, positive support, constructing a main body and organization for the development, aid-training course, a full women＇ s role in the organizations and so on.
