摘要
我国广告法制建设取得一系列成就,如广告法律体系基本形成,广告法作为经济法部门法的地位得以确立,政府主导型广告监管体系形成,广告法研究取得初步进展。同时,广告法的不足也日益突出,如广告法的法律漏洞明显,广告审查制度存在缺陷,广告法研究不够深入。最后,在广告立法、广告监管、广告司法保障、广告法制教育、广告法学研究方面进行了展望。
Series of compliment have been made in advertising legal system,for instance,advertising legal system has been formed,advertisement law is regarded as a part of economic law,government-led advertising regulatory system has been built in China,and research of advertisement law has made some progress. In the mean time,there are some disadvantages in advertising legal system:the loophole of advertising legal system is apparent,advertising review system is flawed,and research of advertisement law need to be strengthen. The essay look into the future of advertising legal construction too.
