摘要
从社会效用角度,分析了电子政务流程再造过程中官员的寻租行为。根据寻租现象构建了政府——官员博弈模型。运用成本效益法,从个人、社会、行业三方面进行了效用分析,探索了电子政务流程再造对寻租行为的影响,为政府治理寻租现象提供了政策性建议。
This paper analyzes the electronic business reengineering in E-government field from the perspective of the social effects,constructs a game theory model between government and officials according to rent-seeking phenomenon,and makes the utility analysis from the prospects of individual,society and industries with the benefit costs method. Furthormore,it explores how the electronic business reengineering in E-government filed affects rent-seeking,which will provide policy suggestions for governing rent-seeking events in our society.
