摘要
对工业汽轮机数字电液控制系统进行详细的研究,设计了工业汽轮机调节控制系统,选择适合工况的电液伺服阀及控制器,采用双闭环方式,以PLC为控制系统的核心,提高了控制系统的响应快速性。根据所设计的汽轮机电液位置伺服调节系统,分别建立各部分数学模型,通过MATLAB进行仿真分析,结果表明系统能满足设计要求。
The digital electro-hydraulic control system of industrial steam turbine was designed, the electro-hydraulic servo valve and controller were selected. Dual closed-loop approach and PLC as the core of control system were used to improve the response velocity of the control system. The mathematical models of all parts of the electro-hydraulic servo system were established and simulated with MATLAB. The simulation results show that the system can meet the design requirements.
