摘要
薄壁零件切削过程中的变形是高速加工领域的一个重要研究内容。介绍薄壁零件结构特点;分析薄壁零件切削变形的影响因素,表明工件的材料力学特性与结构特点、加工过程中毛坯初始残余应力的释放与重分布、切削过程中刀具与工件间的热-力耦合作用以及工件的装夹等是主要影响因素。并介绍目前国内外研究的发展状况。
The deformation of milling thin-walled part is an important research content in high speed machine (HSM). The structural features of thin-walled parts were introduced. The reasons of the deformation of thin-walled part were analyzed. The main irfuluence factors were that the mechanical characteristic of material and structural features of workpieces, the release and redistribution of residual stress of roughcast in processing, "the heat- force coupling between the tool and the workpieces, and the clamping of workpieces. The evolution status all over the world at present was introduced.
