摘要
通过分析和总结焊接过程有限元模拟和理论分析的研究现状,以200t大型液压挖掘机动臂体的焊接为例,建立了物理模型,并利用ABAQUS进行焊接过程模拟。有限元模型选用三维实体单元,考虑材料物理性能随温度的变化和周边对流、辐射散热的影响,运用内生热的加载方式模拟焊接热源,运用生死单元法模拟多条多道焊缝的焊接过程。获得了多条多道焊缝的焊接过程和焊接温度场、残余应力,并对结果进行了分析。
After reviewing the present research of the finite element simulation and theoretical calculation of the welding, a physical model for the moving arm of 200 t hydraulic excavator was built and its welding process was simulated based on ABAQUS software. Welding process of large scale excavator is simulated by FEM.The 3-D solid elements are used in FEM model,and temperature depended material properties are considered as well as the convection and radiation as boundary conditions.Internal heat generation loading method is applied to simulate heat source,and model change ability simulated multi-pass weld.The temperature field and residual stress filed are obtained, and the result are discusses.
