摘要
探索一种经济安全、疗效可靠的治疗男性不育症方法。男性不育症是生殖医学中最重要的问题之一,文章介绍了巴元明教授采用中医药治疗男性不育症1例,例中患者治疗前精液分析提示:精子活力(A级+B级):1%,诊断为男性不育症(弱精子症)。巴元明教授拟补肾固精,健脾化湿法治之。治疗后复查精液分析提示:精子活力(A级+B级):80%,精子活力明显提高,恢复正常水平。中医药治疗男性不育症有一定疗效。
This paper explores a safe,effective and reliable method to treat male Infertility. Male Infertility is one of the most important problems in reproductive medicine. This paper introduces Chinese Medicine Therapy, by which Professor Ba Yuanming treated a patients with male infertility. Before the treatment analysis of semen showed that the patients in this case had asthenozoospermia （ a ＋ b I ： 1%, Professor Ba Yuanming treated patients with the methods of tonifying kidney to arrest spontaneous emission and invigorating spleen to eliminate dampness. A significant cura- tive effect has been achieved （ a ＋ b） ： 80% ） , sperm motility has been improved. Chinese Medicine Therapy has good effect on male infertility.
