摘要
根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间和液固比为影响因子,应用响应面法进行3因素3水平的试验设计,以桑黄多糖得率作为响应值,对其提取条件进行进一步优化。结果表明,热水浸提法提取桑黄多糖的最佳条件为固定液固比20.8(mL/g),99℃提取7.05h,多糖提取率可达1.133%。
Based on single factor experiments, response surface analysis was applied to optimize the extract parameters(extraction temperature, extraction time and solvent-solid ratio) of phellinus igniarius polysaccharides. The optimum conditions of warm water extraction for polysaccharides were as follows: extraction temperature 99~C, extraction time 7.05h and the ratio of liquid to solid 20.8 (ml:g). Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides reached 1.133%.
