摘要
研究用邻苯二甲醛(OPA)法测定蛋黄粉中胆固醇含量。结果表明,OPA法变异系数为2.89%,精密度高,回收率较高,适于胆固醇含量的快速测定,具有操作简单、方法稳定等特点。同时,用甲醇氯仿法提取胆固醇,方法准确、简单易行。
Contents of cholesterol of egg yolk powder was determined by o-phthalalehpyde （OPA） method. The results indicated that the variation coefficient of the method is 2.89%, which has high precision and recovery. The method is simple and stable, and it is suitable for rapid determination of cholesterol. Extraction of cholesterol by methanol-chloroform is accurate and feasible.
