摘要
分析了锚喷支护的作用机理、质量影响因素,运用全面质量控制原理,从设计、施工、监测等方面进行全面的质量控制,并根据监测反馈信息和施工现场的工程地质实际情况进行锚喷支护参数的动态设计,旨在有效地控制锚喷支护的质量,提高锚喷支护的可靠性,确保其正常有效地工作。本文结合百善煤矿巷道锚喷支护的具体应用实例,说明全面质量控制原理在巷道锚喷支护施工中的成功应用,工程质量得到可靠的保证。
The mechanism and the factors affecting the quality of bolting and shotcreting are analyzed.The theory of total quality control is applied to control the quality totally in design,construction and monitoring,and the parameters of bolting and shotcreting are designed dynamically according to the feedback of monitoring and the actual situations of the engineering geology,the purpose is to control the quality of bolting and shotcreting and improve its reliability and ensure its work normally and effectively.In this paper,a specific example of bolting and shotcreting used in the roadway of Bai-shan Coalmine is introduced,and explain the successful application of the theory of total quality control in the construction of bolting and shotcreting in the roadwy,as a result,the engineering quality is ensured reliably.
