摘要
复杂钢结构施工过程实时监测技术作为一种有效的监测手段,可以帮助人们了解施工过程中相关结构的实际工作状态,避免不利情况的发生,从而确保施工过程的安全性。结合国家体育场钢结构卸载过程,采用DGK-4000系列振弦测量设备,成功地对3个最不利支撑塔架进行了卸载全过程应力监测,准确掌握了支撑塔架的受力情况,为卸载的安全性提供了可靠的判断依据,并对支撑塔架的设计提供了有益的借鉴。
The real time monitoring technology of complex steel structure construction procedure is an effective method,and it is useful for studying the work state of relevant structure,avoiding occurrence of adverse circumstances and assuring the safety of the structure during construction.In this paper,the stress monitoring of three temporary supporting towers under the most dangerous load was carried out during unloading procedure of temporary supporting tower by using DGK-4000 Vibrating wire strain gauge,the force state of tower was accurately obtained,and the reliable estimation was given for unloading safety and rational suggestions were proposed for temporary supporting tower design.
