摘要
目的探讨急性闭合性跟腱断裂的高频超声特点。方法利用高频超声对35例临床疑为急性闭合性跟腱损伤患者的患侧跟腱进行静态和动态观察,测量断裂跟腱的直径,观察其周围组织声像图改变,同时与健侧对比,最后与手术结果对照。结果超声诊断跟腱完全性断裂24例,部分断裂1 1例,与手术结果一致。结论高频超声可有效诊断急性闭合性跟腱断裂。
Objective To explore the high frequency ultrasonic appearance in acute closed achilles tendon rupture （ACATR）. Methods Thirty-five patients with suspected ACATR were enrolled in this study. Their achilles tendon were observed by high frequency ultrasound in static and dynamic state, then the diameter of ruptured achilles tendon was measured, ultrasonic imaging changes of surrounding tissues was observed, and the results were compared with operation. Results There were 24 cases of complete achilles tendon rupture, 11 cases of part achilles tendon rupture, the results were consistent with operation. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound examination is an effective method in diagnosis of ACATR.
