摘要
热型连铸法是一种特殊的连续定向凝固技术,可用于单晶铸锭的制备。介绍了一种热型连铸法生产单晶铜杆的方法和设备,基于伺服控制及数模转换技术,用微机对生产过程进行自动控制,可以制备出表面光洁,且具有极好的延展性和导电性的单晶铜杆,具有很好的实用价值。
OCC (Ohno continuous casting) method is a special continuous directional solidification technology, which can be employed for preparing single crystal ingot. A method and equipment for producing single crystal copper pole have been described. Based on the sevo control and A/D transformation technology, the whole production process can be controlled by computer automatically. The single crystal copper pole produced by the equipment exhibits smooth surface and high ductibility and high electric conductivity, showing acceptable practical value.
