摘要
目的：研究多蕊蛇菰（Balaophora polyandraGriff.）地上部分的化学成分。方法：利用葡聚糖凝胶Sepha-dex LH-20、硅胶制备薄层和凝胶Toyopearl HW-40C进行反复色谱分离;采用谱学分析和理化常数对照等方法对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果：从多蕊蛇菰中分离得到8个化合物,分别为：没食子酸（1）、鞣花酸（2）、阿魏酸（3）、咖啡酸（4）、对羟基桂皮酸（5）、1,3-二-O-没食子酰基-4,6-（S）-六羟基联苯-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖（6）、1-O-（E）-咖啡酰基-3-O-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖（7）、2-O-（E）-咖啡酰基-1-O-对-（E）-香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖（8）。结论：化合物1-8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Balaophora polyandra.Methods：The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Toyopearl HW-40C and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results：8 compounds have isolated from this plant,and the structure of them have identified as Gallic acid（1）,Ellagic acid（2）,Ferulic acid（3）,Caffeic acid（4）,p-hydroxylcinnamic acid（5）,1,3-di-O-galloyl-4,6-（S）-hexahydroxydiphenyl-β-D-glucopyrannose（6）,1-O-（E）-caffeoyl-3-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyrannose（7）,2-O-（E）-caffeoyl-1-O-对-（E）-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyrannose（8）.Conclusion：Compounds 1~8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
