丹参酮Ⅱ_A对大鼠血管内皮细胞血栓调节蛋白表达的影响被引量：10

摘要目的:研究丹参酮ⅡA对大鼠血管内皮细胞血栓调节蛋白(TM)表达的影响。方法:采用RT-PCR研究不同质量浓度(0、3.13、6.25、12.5、25、50 ng/mL)的丹参酮ⅡA对TM表达的影响以及50 ng/mL丹参酮ⅡA在不同时间点(0、6、12、24、36、48 h)对TM的表达的影响。结果:随着丹参酮ⅡA质量浓度的增加及处理时间的延长,TM的表达降低。结论:丹参酮ⅡA对大鼠血管内皮细胞TM表达的影响呈现明显的量效关系,提示丹参酮ⅡA治疗冠心病的机制可能与下调血栓调节蛋白表达有关。
