摘要
采用分子生物学手段，以ｒＤＮＡＩＴＳ区为分子指标，对冬虫夏草Ｃｏｒｄｙｃｅｐｓｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ的有性和无性阶段进行比较分析，从分子水平证明冬虫夏草的无性阶段是中国被子毛孢Ｈｉｒｓｕｔｅｌａｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ．
The molecular evidences which prove the asexual stage of Cordyceps sinensis is Hirsutella sinensis. rDNA ITS from Cordyceps sinensis,Hirsutella sinensis, Paecilomyces sinensis,Paecilomyce gunin were sequenced and compared The results indicate that C sinensis and H sinensis have the highest homology (97 8%), while they have less similarity with the other 3 species(less than 70%), which suggested that the asexual stage of C sinensis should be Hirsutella sinensis
