摘要
为了实现可持续发展的开放式的计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)技术,使先进制造模式形式化和实用化,结合在自然界演化过程中普遍存在的适应环境变化的层次状精细结构和自组织现象,提出了先进制造系统适应不断变化与不可预测混沌环境下的分形结构及其自组织运转模式。这一模式是实现CIMS非线性增值集成的关键,也为新一代先进制造系统的运转模式提供理论基础。
In order to provide the computer integrated manufacture system (CIMS) with a continual development and open ability, Advanced manufacturing systems (AMS) must be practicable and formalizable. A model based on the synergistics and fractal theory for AMS is proposed, which is inspired by the phenomenon of self organization existing in nature substances that have the ability of adapting the changing environment after long term natural evolution. This model is the key to implementing a value added non linear integration of CIMS, and provides the theory foundation for AMS of the next generation.
