摘要
人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的持续感染是导致宫颈癌发生的重要因素。该文详细列举了HPV核酸检测的技术和方法 ,包括DNA印迹杂交、原位杂交、聚合酶链反应(PCR)、杂交捕获试验(HC)、低密度基因芯片导流杂交技术、InvaderTechnolo-gy等,并讨论了各种检测技术的特点和存在的问题,为选择合适的HPV核酸检测方法提供依据。
human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is a necessary factor in the development of cervical cancer. This report itemizes several kinds of technology for HPV DNA test, including DNA Southern blotting, In situ hybridization, PCR, HC, Flow-through hybridization and Invader Technology respectively. Here we discussed advantages and disadvantages of these technologies, The purpose is to provide the basis for appropriate HPV DNA test technology.
