摘要
目的了解影响临床医务人员手卫生依从性相关因素和手卫生现状,提高医务人员手卫生依从性。方法对全市48所一、二、三级医院手卫生设施的配备情况、快速手消毒剂的提供情况进行现场实地察看;对143名医务人员手卫生知识培训情况进行调查;对六步洗手法进行了现场操作考试;对96名医务人员进行了操作前后手卫生情况的暗访。结果手卫生设施的配备不足,快速手消毒剂的提供不够,仅占18.75%;医师掌握六步洗手法仅占12.50%;操作前手卫生依从性为23.96%、操作后手卫生依从性为38.54%。结论完善医院手卫生设施,提供快速手消毒剂,加强手卫生知识教育,提高医务人员对手卫生重要性的认识,强化对手卫生管理力度,才能有效提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。
OBJECTIVE To learn the correlated factors influencing the hand hygiene compliance among medical staff and status quo.METHODS A questionnaire was designed according to the principes of standard prevention and 2025 medical person from 19 hospitals completed the questionnaire.RESULTS The medical staff didn′t wholly know the standard prevention knowledge.The ratio of using the six-step hand-washing method was 4.89%,and the ratio of uncapping the syringe after using was 26.69%.There were 655 medical persons injured when dealing with the sharp instruments.The ratio of never wearing double gloves when doing some operation and maybe touching blood,was 66.17%.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the standard prevention education for hospital staff,improving the standard prevention ability,and reinforceing the compliances of self-prevention rules are the effective methods to prevent the blood-transmitted diseases spreading and avoid the risk of infection.
