摘要
目的评价键康教育(健康促进策略)对高校校医结核病防治知识信念医疗行为以及学校结核病防治工作的影响。方法采取分层整群系统抽样方法,抽出西安市辖区47所高校中的3所,辖区外23所中的2所,按相似条件1∶1配对,随机分为2组,对其中一组进行干预,率进行χ2检验。结果干预前对照组和干预组的现代结核病知识总知晓率分别为37.3%、37.7%,态度持有率分别为42.5%、42.5%,行为持有率分别为38.7%、47.0%,病人转诊率分别为40.9%、44.6%,转诊到位率分别为44.4%、41.5%,P值均>0.05;干预后各率依次为42.2%、86.0%,49.2%、90.0%,49.2%、80.0%,44.6%、97.2%,44.8%、83.1%,P值均<0.01。结论对校医进行现代结核防治知识的系统健康教育、业务技能培训、辅以健康促进策略能提高医生的结核病防治知识水平,改变工作态度,强化正性医疗行为,推动学校现代结核控制工作。
[Objective]To evaluate the effect of health education(health promotion strategies)on improving tuberculosis(TB)knowledge,faith and behavior of college physicians and TB prevention and control in college.[Methods]Combining stratified,cluster and systematic sampling method was used to select 3 colleges from 47 in urban Xi'an city randomly,and 2 from 23 colleges out of urban districts.All samples were divided into 2 groups randomly after involved in matched pairs as 1∶1.Interventions were performed in 1 group contrast to the other.Data were analyzed by χ2 test.[Results]Before intervention,the total awareness rate,the attitude holding rate,the behavior holding rate,referral rate and referral arrival rate of TB knowledge of control group and intervention group were 37.3%,37.7%;42.5%,42.5%;38.7%,47.0%;40.9%,44.6%;44.4%,41.5%;respectively(all P 0.05).After the intervention,the above rates were 42.2%,86.0%;49.2%,90.0%;49.2%,80.0%;44.6%,97.2%;44.8%,83.1%;respectively(all P 0.01).[Conclusion]Systematic health education and professional skill training combined with health promotion strategies on college physicians may improve their knowledge levels of prevention and cure TB,encourage working attitude,promote positive medical behavior,and also improve the TB control in college in modern times.
