摘要
针对目前弹挠性零件刚度静态测量中传感器精度对测量结果影响较大的问题,就挠性接头刚度测量提出一种基于附加质量法的动态测试方法。在介绍附加质量法刚度动态测量基本原理后,依据试件激励及信号处理方式的不同,初步提出两种测量方案,经分析认为,频率计数法的固有频率测量能达到较高的精度,取得较好的测量结果。
Aimed at the problem that the measurement sensor accuracy gratly affect the measurements in current stiffness static measurement of the flexible part,advanced a dynamic measurement base on additional quality act for stiffness measurment of flexible joint.After introduced the basic principle of this method,initially proposed three programs according to different specimen drive and different signal processing.Analysis shows that natural frequency measurement of frequency count can obtain a preferable measurement result.
