摘要
分析了图书超期的原因,并从保障读者权益角度提出了改善超期罚款的方式方法,以缓解读者与图书馆间的矛盾,构建和谐的图书馆。
This paper analyzes the reason of books＇overdue borrowing,and put forward some methods for improving extended forfeit regulation to protect readers＇rights and interests in order to relieve the conflicts between the library and the readers and construct a harmonious library.
